At Sweetie Nail Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your authorization form inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
