This matte top gel applies smoothly without streaking, fast leveling, and does not leave a cloudy finish, enhancing the vibrancy of the color underneath with a soft finish.

Non-wipe and yellow resistant. Although it is a non-wipe top gel, for a prefect finish and to prevent staining, it is still recommended to wipe it with a gel cleanser at the end.
